What do you mean by "users" ?

Because only your team members will be accessing MindMyMinistry, we don't charge for the system based on how big your congregation is. A user is defined as a single person who will be logging in to MindMyMinistry to access songs, see service and rehearsal dates, and other resources.

What is the monthly fee paying for?

To list just a few:

• We add new features and upgrades to existing functionality all the time.
• You and your team get secure access to MindMyMinistry around the clock, from anywhere in the world.
• We offer excellent email support to help you out if you ever have a problem.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all the major credit cards via PayPal. For New Zealand churches we also offer payment by automatic bank transfer.

All our plans are paid monthly, however we are happy to discuss your needs if you wish to pay quarterly, 6 monthly or annually.

Unlimited storage - what's the catch?

You can use MindMyMinistry as much as you like, storing as many files and attachments as you like. However, as with any system, ours has its limits (we use an awesome cloud storage provider, so these are very high limits). If you start using an "unreasonable" amount of storage, we will get in touch and discuss the situation to find a way forward. We haven't had to do this with anyone yet!

How does the 30 day free trial work?

For 30 days after you sign up for your free trial, you can use MindMyMinistry completely free of charge. You do not have to give us your credit card details in order to get the free trial.
